@somehmonggirl oh, I’m not really worried about rescindance, I was just curious.
@deterr @financeguyjames It would have to be something REALLY bad on your final transcript for the admission to be rescinded. On the website it says they accept any credit down to a C so I’m guessing anything below that they probably won’t look favorably on. But still, I’d say that you would have to be failing multiple classes for them to rescind the decision.
@Mastodon97 I would be surprised if you had a hard time fitting in. Vandy is known for being pretty “transfer friendly”.
@Mastodon97 i am worried about fitting in but not because of being a transfer but more so because vanderbilt is cute preppy and NYU is not haha

i know someone first hand who has transferred and she has had no trouble at all fitting in
Nope, I’ve never heard any student who came in as a frosh ever talk down about transfers and all the transfers I know from last year seem to have effortlessly transitioned into the community. So I doubt that’ll be an issue! 
I would assume that they would wait to see how many people from their first wave accept their offers. That way they can get as close to their target class number as possible.
When are we thinking for decisions? tomorrow or next week?

I emailed my counselor Sam Joustra and she said she believes transfer decisions will be released closer to mid-May. That doesn’t sound right to me though…
@jinzo000 I think she may have been referring to the latest date transfer decisions will be released, not the next wave. Ie, all decisions will be released by mid-May, not the next wave.
I’d expect a new wave of decisions tomorrow.

hey has anyone paid the deposit yet? I am waiting for a school but do not know when i will find out yet if it will be this week or not… should I pay it? Oh god.
