I live here in Middle Tennessee so Vanderbilt is the only school I applied to. I am really interested in neuroscience. Their program is really the best one around here. Besides that, my fiance and I just bought a house last year and I don’t really want to move. We live just north of Nashville so Vanderbilt is the perfect school for me at this point. If I get into an Ivy for grad school, I will think about selling my house and moving then but right now it’s not really a good idea to sell right after I just bought it. Need some more equity first lol

Not gonna lie, speculating over this stuff is actually pretty goddamn addictive. I applied to 11 schools and I have only heard back from 2 so far ( got into Fordham business and UNC-Chapel Hill) the waiting process is literally never gonna end for me haha.
FA replied to my email in stunning time (less than two hours), and said that the “enrollment history” was basically a “note to self” for them due to a mark on my FAFSA and CSS. It was automatically generated and I didn’t have to do anything about it.

Do you think they’ll release the decision today or Friday? I applied to vandy, UNC (oos, waitlisted), uva, and Tulane(admitted). I am coming from a stem school and was wondering if school rigor factors into admissions, any idea?

@limitsbylaw I think we’ve speculated that they may come out today as portals were down last night.
Then again, we’ve speculated they’ll come out on a lot of days.
We have literally speculated every day and we are always wrong hahaha
Tomorrow is also Good Friday so idk if they are working tomorrow, so it makes a lot of sense to release decisions today.
