<p>I have been told by a number of counselors that a counselor being out of the office will not effect the time it takes to make a decision on your application. Meaning, if your application was supposed to be reviewed at a certain point, it would have been reviewed. Several counselors were out doing college visits.</p>
<p>It would suck it this wasn’t true though. /sigh</p>
<p>I’m glad people are getting accepted, but it worries me as well. What if a decision was made on my application, but the reason I don’t have it yet is because they are going to send out rejections after?</p>
<p>I know I’m thinking way too much into it, but…</p>

<p>Tomorrow is Good Friday, and hopefully it will be a great one as well.</p>

<p>@SMH - She told me she was out of office and couldn’t check the “status” of my application. That said, I don’t think it’s in her hands at this point. It might just be a coincidence that we have the same counselor and neither of us have received a letter.</p>
<p>A trend I’ve noticed so far is high standardized test scores. Of those who claimed to have received acceptance letters, the lowest ACT score was 29 and the lowest SAT was 1960. I got a 29 on the ACT so hopefully I’m in good shape :)</p>
