i was wondering what the vegan food selection is like on campus... i certainly wouldnt want to starve!!

I don't go to school there (I'm hopeful), but seeing as this forum isn't very active, I'll give you the best answer I can.

Apparently there is a 'vegan station' in the cafe. I'm not sure how good it is/how many options there are, but it exists, so that's a good sign!

And there's also a vegan co-op, so Vassar seems to be very vegan-friendly to me.

There are really good vegan options. There's actually a vegan station open at ACDC (the dining center) every night, which has some surprisingly good stuff. Vassar's known to be one of the most vegan-friendly schools.

There are several options for vegans on-campus. There's a stir fry station (meat is kept separate) as well as the vegan station at the main dining center (ACDC). I believe the campus has also started stocking packaged Vegan products (such as cookies). And lastly, there is Ferry House, a small cooperative living house (about 20 students live there a year) in which only vegan food is cooked. So yes, Vasar is most definitely vegan-friendly, and you won't starve if you decide to come here :)
