<p>I submitted my CSS yesterday and am now ready to send some verification worksheets/dependent forms to my other schools, so i was wondering if michigan wants one as well(i have efc 0, and it was selected for verification). I can't find it in the UM website, so please help me out ~</p>

<p>It may be the IDOC that is affiliated with the CSS…Notre Dame required it but not sure if Michigan does. I believe IDOC will email you if a selected school will need you need to submit documents.</p>

<p>Michigan will eventually send you a verification worksheet of its own (not IDOC) if it requires one. However, you will find out faster looking at WA under fin aid 2010 and selecting the DOCUMENTS link, where it will show the school as waiting for a form. When I saw this, I just found and downloaded the sheet, filled it out, faxed the tax returns and had package in less than a week.
So keep an eye on the document status of your FA even when there is nothing else posted there. Or call and they’ll tell you where to find the PDF to send.
