Very quick and easy question for any Brown student

<p>I’m coming down to Brown for an event and don’t really know Providence…</p>

<p>How far is it from the train station to campus? Can you walk? If not, is there a shuttle or are there cabs at the station?</p>

<p>You can definitely walk. It takes about 10 minutes, but it's uphill (from the train station to Brown), so if you have a lot of baggage, it might not be that fun. There are definitely cabs at the station.</p>

<p>Yup, you can walk, but I'd suggest getting a cab if you've got luggage because it's about 10-15 minutes uphill.</p>
