Very Specific Transfer Application Question

Woops. I didn't catch the part on a Supplement that said "please limit responses to one to three paragraphs", which I'm guessing is about 200-400 words. I wrote well beyond that, but it's okay because I can obviously just cut down. I'd prefer not to because I believe my whole "Why X University" essay in its entirety is what will help me with admissions.

Instead of uploading a whole document with an abridged version, do you think it would be wise to just tell the admissions committee to look at my additional information section where I will post the full essay instead? I just won't include my list of activities and awards then.

That might have been a little confusing, but I hope that got through to you.

Best,

Rarely is an essay which is longer than the recommended word limit a good idea. But sometimes it is. If you would like to PM your essay to me, I could give an opinion. It would only be an opinion, but I've looked at a lot of essays.

Andale, I sent you a private message.
