I’ve done a lot of noodling, but I couldn’t quite find my answer. I hope someone can help me. I’m hoping to be accepted into William & Mary’s Mason School of Business and plan to use the Guaranteed Admission process. I know the School of Business is not guaranteed admission. They require you to apply in June for a spring term so I should have a decision before even applying to William & Mary. If I don’t get accepted into Mason, does that mean I can utilize VCCS guaranteed transfer agreement card to apply at another school even if I’ve sent William & Mary a letter of intent? However, my second choice university also requires a letter of intent. Am I allowed to send letters of intent to two separate schools to keep my options open?
I would love to think I’m a shoe-in for Mason, but I’m also realistic. I think I have a good chance if accepted into my CC’s Honors program and keep up the strong GPA, working full-time, and my few extra-curricular activities that I do. On the other hand, my over-planner personality likes knowing there is a Plan B.
TIA for your help!
