<p>Hopefully our acceptance letters will be sent/ received tomorrow… I know that April 1st is a date for that.</p>

<p>Honestly, they just trickle through. I’m not sure what day they release a bunch of them. I think I heard somewhere that this weekend is one of the “waves” but they tell people in between waves too.</p>

<p>I’ve NEVER heard of someone getting rejected after receiving the hokie bird… 
it wasn’t just the financial bird was it? Did you have the bird near your “credit evaluation” on the actual status page?</p>
<p>What an awful joke. Even though I know it’s not true, it is gonna big me until I get confirmation of acceptance. </p>

<p>Somewhere on the site is says that they send out letters/ letters arrive on April 1st and the days after, and I remember it happening last year.
I HOPE that that post was a prank. It’s got my stomach in knots though…</p>
<p>Don’t you get an official acceptance on your application status page before you get anything mailed out to you?</p>
<p>Considering they just joined this thread out of nowhere and they have only made ONE post and it was to say they got rejected…I would sincerely hope that is just a [sick] joke, and if so, not funny. </p>
<p>If not, did something happen to your grades…? Making us all cringe.</p>
