Visiting Temple

Any suggestions for places to eat or things to see near Temple?

Thanks!

Things to see at Temple or in Philly?
What kinds of places to eat? What types of food? What price point?

If you sign up for the campus tour, they give you a free dining pass. I visited Temple as a transfer student last month and they gave me one. However, am not 100% sure you may get one because of the timing.

Temple has plenty of food trucks everywhere, of all different types of food. They also have a bagel hut, auntie anne’s, pizza places, italian places, starbucks, ritas, and other restaurants. That’s all ON campus. Honestly you don’t have to go far to get alot of options.

I’d say go to Center City. I’ve gotten food poisoning countless times from Temple, and even when I didn’t, the food was barely edible. On campus, though, Maxi’s is probably the best you’ll get, and it’s usually a pretty good time.

What does that even mean? What food was barely edible? I’ve never heard of anyone here getting food poisoning.
