Submitted my app today, however at the end it said I didn't have the Visual and Performing arts Req. I've never taken any art/music classes. Is this going to be a problem?

Sorry to scare you but this is a big problem. It’s a requirement for a reason. Your app won’t even be considered. Maybe you can take it at a community college during the spring. But I don’t know how you would contact admissions to add the change.

Wait, is it ok if your visual arts class was freshman year?

It was to be a full year of it, though, and I think it has to be an approved course…?

EDIT: http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/freshman/requirements/a-g-requirements/index.html

You can also fulfill the requirement with AP Art of AP Art History

Yep, it was a full year.

Did you include this class in your app, and does it sound like a class from the list in the link? Cuz if so, I think you should be all right :)

It’s a different story since you have fulfilled the requirement. But since the app said you didn’t have the requirement, you need to somehow add it to the app.
