<p>Any other students thinking about joining CUEMS, or know someone that's been a member? The time requirement seems pretty reasonable, and there is an on campus EMT-Basic class for those not already certified. I worked in Fire/EMS for 4 years and have mixed feelings about the field, but I certainly miss it. It also seems like a nice way to give back to the campus community.</p>
<p>Cuems.org has lots of useful info, but I'm interested in hearing from people who have actually participated in the program.</p>
