W and F grades CC from past.

Yes, I admit. I was a bad student who loved the freedom of college a bit too much.
Here is what happened, I got 6 Fs and countless Ws from my previous CC from MO.

I am getting As and Bs from the CC I am currently attending in CA but, I have 2 Ws as I am working full time and it was really hard for me to focus.(My grades were going to be terrible so, I had no choice)
I am not looking for the best college in the world, I just want to be able to receive a bachelor’s degree after receiving AA from the current school.

According to my counselor, I cannot apply for UC/CSU because my 6 Fs and Ws are ruining my GPA. She said that the best way is to make up for those F grades I received before. But, I am not physically in MO, I cannot go to MO and attend school there unless they provide online courses.

I will be able to receive an AA degree from the current school(according to my counselor) but, I won’t be able to transfer without clearing the F grades.

Could you please suggest which route I can take as I am out of ideas?

Thank you.

(English isn’t my first language so, please do understand of my poor writing skill.)

Is there any chance you can simply not transfer the coursework and start fresh? In my opinion, I think you need to take a break from college courses and take up a trade program (such as hairstyling) and work there for a while. There is no point in wasting 1,000$'s of dollars for failing grades and dropped classes when you can go learn a trade and make 30,000$+ a year starting out.

@Ultimablade Please don’t recommend that. Not “transferring” coursework is considered a fraudulent application and can and will get your acceptance revoked, or if discovered further down the line, your diploma revoked.

When you apply, you must submit all previous transcripts. There is a national clearinghouse, so schools can tell if you have omitted a transcript.

@hellahella Does your previous CC allow for academic renewal? I would contact them and ask. Another factor is whether you retook the classes you failed previously at your current CC.
