W in winter course, help?!

Hello, I know it probably won’t matter much, but I’m still worried nonetheless

I enrolled myself in a 1-unit class for the winter intersession (it’s a tutoring class I wanted to take to become a campus tutor). After deliberating about it, I decided that it might just be better if I take it in the spring (since I don’t start til spring). But since it’s intersession, the timeline is way compressed, and the deadline for dropping without a W was last week.

I know it’s only 1 unit and it isn’t even an actual class-class, but that one W is something that’ll stick with me forever right? I’m just worried cause it’s RIGHT before application reviews and I feel like it’s something that will put a little dent in my application.

*To clarify, I haven’t dropped the class as of now (made this topic instead). So no W yet. But 90% sure of dropping it, the other 10% is my fear of a W. Should I drop it or not?

UCs do not care about Ws

^ Yep

Okay thanks, I was probably way overworrying about it. I think I read somewhere that excessive W’s would look bad, but Iiterally it’s just a 1 unit class so aha
