My daughter applied EA got deferred to RA and now waitlist . Sadly this is her top and only school she wants . We visited this week and walked into admissions to get a better understanding of how waiting list works. They painted a very Grimm picture .
Has anyone ever gotten accepted from waiting list ?

Any thoughts on the surrounding areas in Columbia SC? We had a quick visit, some areas seemed very nice, some not very safe at all. Our older child told us his friend had a break in at their off campus house and were held up at gunpoint.
