<p>So for Psychology there is about 200 people enrolled and 110 on the waitlist with a limit of 300 for the class. As it is, I am currently #110 on the waitlist for lecture, but the discussion I am waitlisted for has only 8 people enrolled and i am #2 on the waitlist with a total max of 25. So If I can get into the discussion do you think i can get into lecture even though I'm at the last of the lecture waitlist?</p>
<p>Heh, I had almost the same exact problem with getting in psych 110 last semester (spring). Ok, my advice is that if you REALLY want to get in, do NOT listen to the psych counselors, becaues they’ll tell you you have no chance of getting in… (atleast that’s what they told me since I wasn’t declared)
but if you stick in for 2-3 weeks, they eventually fill in those seats with the wait-listed people or let in the ones who got the prof’s approval. Yeah, I eventually got in, but it took lots of persistence, and the psych student services aren’t very sympathetic…
