So I was wait listed a few weeks ago... and still am. Will I ever get a response? I kind of want a response before May 1st. I definitely want to go to Drexel, too, though I'm worried that even after all this waiting, I'm probably going to be rejected.

A few stats of mine, which I know are kinda pretty lowish:
GPA: 3.3
SAT: 1620
Rank: 55/190
Volunteer Work: 100+ hours
Job Experience: 1 job

Just to help a fellow future Computer Science student, I’m planning on attending Drexel and have already been accepted. Here’s my stats:

GPA: 3.65
ACT: 30
SAT: N/A, didn’t take it.
Rank: 45/146
Job: 1
Volunteer Work: 100-200 hours or so. A lot less than most people.

Good luck mate, although honestly I wouldn’t count on getting in via wait list too much. Wait 'till late April, but make sure you don’t forget about the colleges that do want you right now!

I was accepted with a 3.5 GPA (I have a 3.6 since but they didnt see that) and a 24 act (equivalent to around a 1650ish) I was waitlisted in like January for literally 2 weeks then accepted SO I guess you never know how the process works but I’m almost positive you’ll get in! I’d put a deposit on another school while you are waiting though just in case. You can always just say no to the school later if you are accepted to Drexel after May 1st.

and if it makes you feel any better, I know someone who got waitlisted for a few months then just got accepted with a 2.5 GPA and a 1590 SAT… so in that case I think you’ll be okay haha the process is just wack
