<p>I don’t think you should fill the form again, and I don’t really think you need to update them any way. However, you should just call them and ask about it ; maybe they will suggest you to send an email.

<p>I was waitlisted for tisch… I applied musical theater but it could be for acting or musical theater I’m not really sure. Does anyone know if the odds are any better for drama students? I heard they only waitlisted a smaller number of ppl but I dont know if its true! I want to go so badly</p>

<p>@singerchick On the waitlist FAQ page, it says that about 15% of those who applied were put on the waitlist. I don’t know what the percentage of people who got accepted was.</p>
<p>Does anyone know how housing would work should we be admitted from the waitlist? I know it is unlikely we will get a choice of dorms, but I don’t want to hate my roommate(s) so maybe they will give us a little information before sticking us somewhere?</p>

<p>I checked the collegeconfidential threads from nyu 2 years ago regarding wait list stuff, and that’s what they said…</p>
<p>But still, we’re not going to find out until late may probably…so frustrating.</p>
<p>I doubt they’ll call. Email is quick and sufficient. Someone could miss a call for multiple reasons.</p>
<p>I called the office of admissions this morning, apparently the wait list notifications are already out. I did not receive anything so looks like I am SOL.</p>

<p>I would like to believe they would have the courtesy to at least send a message saying they’re sorry that they can’t offer you a spot off of the waitlist.</p>

<p>I just called in and they said that they are still handling the accepted students and figuring out their yield and haven’t gone to the wait list yet. They also said it is on a rolling basis and we can hear anytime from now till into summer.</p>
