Hi there! I currently attend a school in the SEC and am looking to transfer to a smaller, classier school. Wake Forest was one that I looked at when I was in high school, but was convinced that I wanted a large school with a good football team; I now know that is not the case. My question is, how well do Wake Forest transfer students do with adjusting? I know that the school is small - are transfers viewed as “outsiders” by the rest of the student body (since the entire student body knows each other for the most part)? Are transfer students at a disadvantage when it comes to applying for leadership opportunities? Are there any Wake Forest transfer students that have any advice?
