Walking onto the Rice Football team

<p>Does any one know of anyone who recently walked on to the football team?
If so, when does it happen and what can you expect?</p>

<p>I was accepted ED and was a pre-season all state pick but an injury in the summer set me back a bit. I am 100% recovered now and am looking for info on walking on.</p>

<p>Any info would be much appreciated.</p>

<p>Have you contacted the coach at Rice? That might be a good place to start; email him with your stats and let him know you are interested in walking on... :)</p>

<p>If you were really an all-state pick, you shouldn't have any trouble walking on I wouldn't think, but call the coaches and be SURE to mention you were a pre-season all state pick. I have a feeling that these next couple years are gonna be the start of the return to glory for the Owls.</p>
