<p>I am double majoring in the college… my advice would be if you know what your second major is going to be early, just go ahead and start getting credits out of the way before comm school. First semester of third year is filled with requirements, you’d have time for maybe one non-comm class max (unless you want to take an insane amount of credits). A lot of people just take all comm classes and don’t really have time to take a non-comm class that semester. But fourth year there’s a lot more time to pursue your second major and non-comm classes… I know a fair amount of people who are also majoring in economics outside of the comm school, so it’s definitely doable. It just depends on on how early in advance you plan it out.</p>
