I'm currently an applicant to UVa, and I'm thinking of pursuing a double major in commerce and math. In pursuing these two majors, is it feasible to graduate within 4 years, especially if I take summer courses? Is there a maximum number of credits per term that restricts me from doing so?

I think 17 is the maximum, and after that you need permission from one of the Dean’s to “overload”.

I think it’s definitely possible to complete both. Many commerce students major in two programs, and finish on time.

a double major in math + commerce is definitely doable, just plan your schedule way in advance. I’m actually a double major in the comm school and in the college… I just took most of the classes for my 2nd major before applying to the comm school… so I won’t need to take any summer classes to finish both majors. I think in the college you have a max of 17 credits per semester but in the comm school its 18…
