Is a Double Major in Commerce School and Politics Department Possible?

This is looking waaay down the line...but if I got into UVA and then got into the Commerce School, would it be possible for me to do a double major in the Comm school and the Politics department?

yes.
"May I take courses outside the McIntire School during my third and fourth years?
Yes. The McIntire curriculum allows for electives to be taken inside or outside the Commerce School. Many students choose to minor or double major in a curriculum outside the McIntire School."

Sweet, thanks!

its possible i think. but try to get all the comm requirements out of the way and get some politics required courses for that major done before entering the comm school as well. So your first two years take as many hours as you can handle well -- Somewhere between 15 and 18. Most comm school kids I know, do a second major in the college in Econ (since there are a lot of econ requirements for comm school) or a language. Doing another major would just require some careful planning early on in your college career so you could finish all the requirements.
