Does anyone remember if the Cornelius vanderbilt scholarship said citizens or permanent residents only in portal? It’s locked out now, but anyway, I’m international, and I feel like such an idiot for not applying. Was I mistaken in thinking it was only for citizens? Does anyone remember what it said? I can’t find that detail anywhere else.
