Hi! I'm down to my "three W's" and could use some help with my final decision. I visited Wash U last weekend, and also was awarded a partial Rodriguez scholarship. I'm a suburban girl living in "The OC". All three schools seem like good fits for me; friendly, supportive, active, academic, and a good place to find my interests. Any Opinions?

williams is an extremely fine school. washu's probably going to give you a more marketable degree and it's still a very very exciting time here b/c even though it's become quite well-established during this college boom, we're still focusing on growing numerous programs. washu's really on the rise and will probably be a top-15 staple for years to come, if not top-10. but even forgetting about the rankings, what i like most about it here is that you know you're getting a great education and yet most everyone is very down to earth. it's one of the most supportive and laid back places i've ever been. even with the workload, it's still one of the more social universities you're going to find with its academic reputation. As a Rodriguez scholar, you'll also be a part of a select group within an already select community.

i think your choice is between williams and washu. William & Mary is nice, but I think it's not going to allow as much growth for a student of your caliber as will WashU and Williams.

Anyhow, I love WashU, I recommend it to just about everyone and I hope you'll choose us.

W&M has bright students...just as good as the ones at WashU and Williams, a lot of them just don't want to spend thousands of dollars and if they did they wouldn't go to either school but to an ivy league.
