Wave your hands in the air if it's SUBLIME that you don't care!

Eeep I'm so glad that other people thought that passage was a bit out of the ordinary too. I was reading this and I was just like 'Uhhhhh'. I had trouble with the hypothetical situation/paradoxical behavior one. I can't even remember what I put down. Anyhow I think the majority of the questions I get wrong are going to be from this passage. I could have done better but it just sort ofthrew me off. =[

i put paradoxical, and i got 9pi/4

What about the CR vocab one about poems / symphonies, I think it was euphonic?

Yeah, euphonic. I didn't know what it meant, but phonic sounded like something musical, so I chose it. :)

how did you get 9pi over 4??? Don't you just subract the area of the big circle from the area of the 3rd largest circle?

I think you just subtract the area of the smallest circle from the area of the partly shaded circle

i said 11pi /4 because i thought 9pi/4 would look to obvious for a hard question. I said evoke, but i wasn't sure between that and paradoxical so.. How about that one with fanciful, superb, eccentric with the description of the children at the school.

oh yeah i put fanciful

^^ same here

i put euphonic too yay, and i put fanciful.

Fanciful for which question?

did u guys put vary with, or vary as for the last writing one?

vary with.

Darn!!!!!!!!!! I Knew I Should Have Put Fanicful!!!!

you subtract the area of the 2nd smallest circle from the are of the shaded circle

Vary with.
Vary as sounds too mathematical to me.

k good, how about the one with the equipment did u say "has been replaced, so..."
and the error identification one with the first governor or w/e, was the error "has", or something of that nature?

yeah...i don't remember exactly but yeah it was has or something like that

i put vary with, too. the one about the guy visiting his friend then not seeing someone for 5 years annoyed the heck out of me, but i think i put D

Writing Q about someone visiting and not seeing some other guy for 5 years: I put correct (sounded weird but I didn't find anything wrong grammatically)
