<p>I usually only study well if it's past 8pm (dark outside) and the lights are out except for a desk lamp. </p>
<p>As for noise, it depends. I either need quiet (I can deal with being in a study hall or a place where there's some light chatter) or need to listen to my ipod. It just depends, and varies a lot. And its not dependent on the subject either, except if I'm doing SS (which I usually am LOL) I have to be listening to music (and usually Rage Against the Machine--the best band EVER!).</p>
<p>Remember back in middle school when your teacher would get mad at you and would make you write things out OVER and OVER? Well, that actually works for me. :-/</p>
<p>You quiet freaks are weird...I HAVE to have something in the background or then I feel depressed and unwanted and have nothing to do except the work in front of me.</p>
<p>I like to change positions a lot too...I usually do my homework using my bed as my desk. My table is hardly ever used.</p>

<li>Regular snack breaks (at least every couple of hours)</li>
<li>Total quiet, unless it’s math problem sets. Then, I turn up the music really loud.</li>
<li>Write in pen for math</li>
<li>Study for several hours at a time without moving position at all</li>
<li>Study best/like to study in early morning (like 5 or 6 AM). I don’t usually do this though because I go to sleep too late.</li>
<li>For math, I can’t just go to the HW. I have to read the textbook, memorize the equations, and do the examples BEFORE I do the HW or else I can’t do the problems. This takes forever and is why I’m doing last week’s HW right now.</li>
