Wellesley Class of 2019 EE Discussion Thread

I agree with emotup!

So nervous. Roughly 22 more hours until EE.

yeah that makes sense I guess…that’s what I’m doing anyway
and OMG i am totally quaking in my boots right now :-SS

@‌rainyears I wrote about how everything at Wellesley (academic buildings, museums, student centers, professorial positions) is named after women (#75 on the Wellesley 100) and the Albright Institute (#98)!

I received a likely letter from UPenn and got into one of my state schools (a safety) last week, so I’m slightly more at ease about the impending decision- even if I don’t get a ‘Likely’ tomorrow, I’ll still have those two!

@Ambitious19‌

If it came down to it, would you choose Wellesley or penn. Also odds are if you got a likely to penn, you’ll get a likely here. Good luck!! I remember you from the princeton forum!!

@couplemoreweeks Ahh hopefully! College admissions are so unpredictable

I would have to visit all my schools to make an informed decision!

@Ambitious19- you’re so lucky to have the option of visiting colleges before making your choice. I’m an international student, and I do the IB, so I’m swamped with exams and assignment submission deadlines so I can’t even make that long journey. Not to mention the astronomical prices.
=((

I wrote mine on Albright and limitless educational opportunities.
12 hoursss.

I wrote mine on the Wellesley Debates and the housing (Maison de Française semble très cool!)
I didn’t think I would be so anxious to find out my EE, though there’s a good chance my counselor didn’t turn in my mid year report on time so we’ll see.

4.5 hours aaaaaahhhhhh

I wrote about the Whitin observatory and Wellesley-Brandeis orchestra, thought it was. a decent essay. I’m expecting a possible because yeah. Outside of raw stats I’m a decidedly unimpressive applicant.

I wrote mine on Shakespeare and the Boston Marathon. It wasn’t incredible, but it seemed okay.
Ah! I’m freaking out about this. Only 2.5 more hours to go.

1 more hour!! I wrote my supplement about the Tanner Conference and “I Got You.” Good luck to everyone this afternoon!

@menongirl Yeah I’m very fortunate to live in (relative) proximity to all my prospective colleges!

And ahhh less than 20 minutes!!!

I’m in class and I can’t check it for another hour an a half. ahhhh…

ITS SO SOON.

SO NERVOUS!!!

Dying slowly over here…

Trying to pass the next two minutes is going to be so difficult oh my gosh!!

I am literally freaking out…

LOL THE WEBSITE’S DOWN
