You will not know until you apply, get accepted and receive your award letter. Every school and students situation is different.
On the safe side, it will be in your best interest to apply to at-least 4 schools that are march or safeties, and that you feel you will be happy at if you are accepted there, and then compare your award letters.
Bets of luck to you.

Most scholarships will be merit, thus will depend on your SAT/ACT score. What is it? If you haven’t taken it yet, prepare well (prep book, “Real” ACT/SAT’s, number2.com).
In addition, it’s a terrible idea to apply to one university only. Once you have your test scores, find 2 schools where you’re in the top 5% students or so, a few schools where you’re near the top 10%, then add schools where you’re near the top 25%. (Those are the schools you should target as an international who needs a lot of financial aid).
