<p>If you are thinking about business jobs right out of undergrad, it's not "equivalent" to an MBA. You won't get the same jobs as MBA grads because they have an average of 6 years of work experience under their belt.</p>
<p>The distinction becomes less clear once you've been working for awhile. So 10 years out, the Wharton undergrad alums who don't have an MBA are making the same amount of money and have the same titles as the undergrad alums who went back for an MBA. You can check the alumni salary surveys online to get the specific amounts.</p>
