Hi guys,

My name's Pablo, and I'm currently a junior in high school--summer begins in about four days. I'm Hispanic (Ecuadorian), come from an underprivileged background and am on the lower end of the economic spectrum. I'm the youngest student in my class (c/o 2014), with 15 years of age. I will be graduating at 16.

I have big dreams, that I intend on making happen some way or another.

I haven't perhaps done the best academically, but I'm extremely tenacious and competitive, and although I perhaps don't fit in the acceptable range for the colleges/universities that I want to attend, but that's not stopping me from doing my best to get there.

Before high school, I took these courses for HS credit:

Algebra I Honors - C (I took the class again in high school to "forgive" my grade [I got an A], both the A and C show up on my transcript, but only the A is calculated into my GPA.)
Geometry Honors - B

My freshman year, the classes I took and the grades:

1) English I Honors - B
2) Algebra II - A
3) Biology Honors - A
4) P.E. - B
5) Computing for College and Careers - B (I had a teacher switch mid year, the new teacher knew nothing)
6) World History - A (AP was full)

I really wasn't involved much except for Ecology Club and tutoring kids.
My freshman summer I was on retreat for my church, The Seventh-Day Adventists.

My sophomore year, I decided to step it up a bit:

During my summer, I was accepted into the JSA Summer School Program, at Princeton University. Best 3 weeks of my life.

My junior year, which is now ending, looks something like this:

1) AICE Mathematics (Equivalent to Calc AB) - Grade pending. Will know tomorrow, I'll post my grade then.

I want to go to the following schools (I know some are really iffy):

Georgetown University - SFS - Love this place. Visited twice, I'm really leaning towards Georgetown.
Princeton University - 3 Weeks in, I was captivated. Considering ED, I know it's a long shot.
UChicago
UPenn
UF
FSU
Cornell
Harvard (I'm really iffy about applying)

I really appreciate your time. Thanks for looking through this. Please give me as much advice as you have to give, I really need it. It's really sites like these that help nervous students like me succeed in the ever capricious college admissions process.

Thanks!
