Child Development has about a 26% projected acceptance rate. Your GPA and SAT score are below average for the School of Liberal Arts.
I would say a High Match 50/50 chance or lower.
Decisions have been released starting Mid-February these past few years.
I hope you have some solid Match and Safety schools on your list. Good luck.
Decisions last year started coming out in mid-February but it was several weeks before everyone was notified. I think I remember that the year before was similar.
@Gumbymom where do you find the major acceptance rates and do you have the info for transfer admissions too?
Here you can find the enrollment projections for the last several years.
http://www.ir.calpoly.edu/content/publications_reports/targets/index
Each list is sorted by college by major. So if you click on the 2016-17 link and scroll down you can see under CLA that admissions is targeting for Child Development 40 FTF from 469 apps. I believe Gumbymom has stated you can multiply the enrollment by 3 to get the number of acceptances (yield is about 1/3). 120 / 469 = 26% acceptance. On the same line you can find the transfer info (NTR apps and target).
