What are my chance of getting into UCI??

Hi,
I will be applying as an international student (India).

SAT 1- 1930
SAT 2, math level 2- 800 and physics - 760
AP CS - 5 and calc BC - 5
TOEFL -100

I don’t know how much my CGPA will be according to American system but I had a 9/10 in 9th class and 10th class, a 70% in 11th and 93% in 12 final. My grades in 9th and 10th were a mix of As and Bs and a couple Cs but I got overall A in all subjects. But in 11th class my grades plummeted because I had medical issue, I am talking about regular Bs and Cs and two Ds. In 12th, I did fine!

for co-curricular, I have done proper internships in 2 tech corporates, worked as an online writer in tech blogs, have won a couple of science and robotics competitions on local level and have worked with the political parties in their tech related projects. Moreover I have taught middle school children to make andriod apps and I have done 3 month of community service and physical recreation.

I have 3-4 great letters of recommendation ( one from the school principal ) and most of them say that my grades aren’t accurate reflection of my potential.

LOR’s are not considered in UC admissions except for UC Berkeley which is asking for them on a trial basis. Your SAT is within range. Not sure about your CGPA however, since you do note some C’s on your transcript. All you can do is apply and hope for the best. What is your intended major? UC’s also focus on 10-11th grades for their GPA calculation so a 70% seems a bit low.
