Hi, I am new to CC.
I am aiming for the following colleges:

UC - Berkeley, LA, SD, SB
Georgia Tech
UIUC
UT Austin
UW Madison
NC State
Texas A&M
Purdue
Virgina Tech

My stats:
SAT - 1460 (M 800, RW 660)
TOEFL - 110
SAT II - Math2 800, Chemistry 800
GPA - 9th: 10 CGPA
10th:9.8 CGPA
11th:94%
Class Rank~ 1/200
ECs - 2 Gold and 1 Silver medal in National Science Olympiad, National and international quizzes winner ( awarded merit scholarship from an Indian university for my performance), certified yoga instructor- taught more than 20 people for charity, school football team captain

Essays- I think I am a good writer.

I come from a small Indian city and a rather unknown school and have limited exposure to the application process. Do you think this would harm me when against a big city(Delhi, Bombay) guy?

Please state my chances. Any suggestions to my college list will be appreciated.

You’re international…it’s going to be very very hard for you to get in…

I honestly wish you the very best of luck, and if anything, I think being from a small town helps you. There’s fewer from small towns, making you more special.

UCSB and UCSD are within Reach. UCLA and UCB will tough admits but definitely worth an application. Are all the UC’s affordable since you will receive no financial aid?
