What are my chances as transfer biology major to UC Davis/UCLA?

Hello, I am currently in a CC and plan on transferring next year and applying to transfer this year. I want to apply for a TAG to UC Davis for biological sciences.
For UC TAG application my GPA is -
UC transferable GPA: 3.69 ( higher if they dont count chemistry 68, as I got a B, but I got an A in chem 101) This is for about 53 units.
My major GPA at that time is 4.0, as I have already completed Chem 101 and Bio 7 with As.
What are my chances for a UC Davis TAG?

UC application : GPA: 3.78 (75 units)
Major GPA : 4.0 ( Chem 101, 102, H Bio 6, Bio 7 )

I will have 1 semester of O chem completed by the end of spring 2015.

I am in the TAP program at my CC and will finish the program by the end of Fall 2014. I volunteered at a hospital for a couple months. I am the first person to go to college in my family since they moved here from a different country.

I will be applying to UC Davis, UCLA, UC Santa Cruz, UCSB - possibly UC Riverside as well if I dont get the TAG. I will be applying as a biology major to all of those schools.

My concern is that I do not have the 2nd semester of O chem or the year of calc based physics and dont really have many ECs..

What are my chances for these schools? I have half a semester for the TAG and one semester for the UC app, what can i do the increase my chances? Should I consider CSUs instead..?
Thanks for taking the time to read this :]
