What are my chances at getting into these UCs.

I've got a 3.45 weighted UC GPA, and a 26 on the ACT. My sophomore GPA was 3.0, but junior year it went up to 3.83. i did badly sophomore year cause i witnessed an on campus suicide that left me with PTSD.I know these are below average but my extracurriculars really make up for it. I'm a speech and debate co-captain, president of a club, staff writer for our student paper, editor for our yearly literary magazine, and attorney on our mock trial team. Additionally, my awards include perfect attendance, the AP scholar award, a Mock Trial MVP award, a speech and debate certificate of excellence, and 13 speech and debate trophies (more than what the rest of the team has combined.) Finally, I've taken 6 AP classes, three of which I took last year (4 on AP US, 5 on AP English Lang, and 5 on AP psychology. This year I'm in AP computer science, AP government, and AP English Literature.) I've also got three SAT subject tests coming in soon. Last, my personal statements are exceptional. I don't want to sound smug, but they really do cover how I'm grown and how I'm a good college candidate. They cover how my speech and debate career made me a better student and how recovering from my classmates suicide made me grow.
I'm applying to:
UCI- Literary Journalisn
UCSB- Communications
UCSD- Communications
UCD- Communications
UCR- Culture and media studies
UCSC- Political science.
Can anyone give me the low down on my odds?

I think you’ve got a good shot at most of the UCs that you’ve listed. SD is going to be the tough one because of your GPA and ACT (to be frank, I don’t think you’re going to get in). Similar thing goes for SB. Irvine is on the border.

I think you have a good chance especially if your personal statements are as great as you say they are.

Thank you very much! This gives me some closure.
