What are my chances at Princeton, Cornell, UPenn, Columbia, Harvard, Brown, and Yale?

You're a complete loser for making all that stuff up. What were you trying to accomplish by doing so? Making everyone else feel inferior?

But that's cool.

At least I don't make up a resume to impress.. online posters?
Maybe I haven't accomplished nearly as much as you listed, but I do know that I'll get into a great school, and maintain great friends.. Which is more than I can say for you.

Exactly, withonevoice.

Alright maybe I haven't done everything listed above but I just wanted to see if I could get into Princeton if I did start doing those things.

HAHA THATS SO LAME! princeton wants people actually doing things...not talking aboout them and wasting hours on the internet typing laundry lists of fake ecs

Yes, but you're only doing it for a college application, not for a general interest. That'll keep you out.

Tell me, what are YOU really interested in? What classes do you look forward to or enjoy the most? Then, we can talk.

Uh yeah. I won the Swackhamer Peace Essay Contest last year, and there are no sophomore winners for 2004.

And also, you're underestimating just how competitive those essay contests are. They take hours of research and writing.. it's pretty difficult to win, especially popular ones like the VOA contest, the JFK Profiles in Courage, and the National Peace Essay Contest.

Besides, if you're already a junior, it's too late to enter all of those.

FAKE.

if you're planning to do all these activities (which is impossible) to get into a college and not because you love doing it, then stop. stop making things up & look for something you're passionate in, not something you'd only dream of in your sleep.

I thought this kid was a sophmore.
2008 = sophmore class.

or maybe she was a freshman? i forget but whatever

agree with lesbocatfish.

Do what YOU really like. Let your interests and passions DRIVE YOU.

I cannot believe how people nowadays try to pad their resumes (well some) in order to impress adcoms. Just DON'T. Be brutally honest, damn it. Don't fake yourself.

savoirfaire, i loved that comment. Haha.

And another thing: i checked up the winners of JFK Profiles in Courage and National Peace Essay Contest. Unfortunately for you, they don't overlap.

lol what a retarded troll

Word of advice; save face and leave this site forever.

It must have taken at least an hour to make up that list... Wow..

I would say there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do to guarentee that you'll get into the top 25 or so schools....it doesn't matter if you're a nobel prize winner, there's no guarentee.

For those who don't know, http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=192754

When I started reading the original post, I couldn't help but envy you. However, as I started to read through your pseudolist of accomplishments and then cross checked them, I couldn't help but feel sorry for you. You must have extremely low self-esteem to post nearly 50 false achievements. I might sound bitter, but at least when I post a chance thread, I list my REAL achievements.

wait.. so you are fake right?????

Wow, impressive!

Did you also sprint from Kentucky to Louisiana last August (in record time of course, earning you a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records) to rescure fifty drowning people from the flood waters of Hurricane Katrina?

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo carolyn where the hell are youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu??????????? wee'reeeeeeeeeeeee aaaaaaalllllllll wwaaitingggggg answer hrhcow's questionnnnnnnnnn
