So what do you think, do I have a chance? Advice? thanks!

Wow. You must have no life(compliment).=) Execellent GPA and SATs!! Also, your ecs are incredible. Its funny how one do so much during 4 years of high school? You deserve to get into harvard, and all those schools you listed above. One thing im worried is that I cant really picture who you are.(not in a bad way). Remember, none of us can guaratee that you'll get into top tier schools. With all the ecs listed above, you can probably pull of a kickass essay. Get a nice recommendation and apply whatever schools early. You'll be a very competitive applicant.

no. you did not. leave.

Wow, one of those profiles where you try to find something weak and can't. Strong all around, amazing ECs. I'm not even sure how you'll fit all of those on the application. Just write good essays unifying the myriad of things you've done and on yourself as an individual and make sure you don't get recommendations from anyone that hates you.

Harvard, Princeton, Yale -> Reach (only because these are reaches for everyone), I'd say 50% chance at each

Upenn, Columbia -> 75% chance

Cornell, Brown -> You're practically in although you can never be certain with ivies.

Harvard, Princeton, Yale are not reaches for everyone.

There are plenty of people where HYPS is a safe match (for example: that one girl who invented the face recognition algorithm who got into Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, and others).

The topic creator certainly is not one of them, but he has fantastic chances at getting into at least one of the named colleges.

Harvard, Yale, and Princeton are not that much harder to get into than Columbia. If one is 75% at Columbia, then I'd estimate 40-60% at HYP (slight reach, almost a match).

Are you kidding me? This is the same poster as Michelle_b. that posted here:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=192553

Basically, Michelle_b. has been inquiring about what activities will "look good on a college application".

Among those:
-Which program looks better on a college application?
-Would college's be impressed with a brain research study with a university?
-Will founding a non-profit organization for a harmful disease look good?
-Anyone know any high school leadership programs that look good on college appts?

As I've said before, you're a total fake and colleges will see it. Good God. Leave now, you narcissistic troll.

jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj

you don't exist.

no one person has won all of those essay contests.

oh and if you're a junior..you'd be 07. not 08

H 0 L y S h ! t.

(PS sry for the word guys, but it was the first thing it came to my mind after reading the never-ending list)

Try reading the posts that follow...

National Merit scholar... Uh huh, yeah right, unless the OP is making assumptions. You know how colleges hardly ever verify if any info on an application is valid. With the amount of EC's and stuff the OP has done, the Ivies can't help but verify.

--Best Friends Alaska Community Editor-- this website posts news stories about animal welfare and allows groups and organizations to communicate.
--TeenCentral.net counselor-- helps teens with their problems

Volunteering online is community service?

I'm also skeptical that this poster is real. I just don't think it's humanly possible to do all that stuff AND make the grades to end up first in your class. You wouldn't have time to do homework! Also, her test scores seem fake. I mean, honestly, who gets a 780 on EVERY SAT she takes? Maybe she decided to make everything just under 800 to avoid looking too perfect.

The fact you wasted your time posting this overly long post of your achievements is sort of pathetic.

Lesbocatfish... my softball numer is 8, that's why I put it...... and it's way possible to do all that.... i don't understand why you guys think it's crazy

Maybe it's the whole Eastern Kentucky thing that stood out the most between your two accounts. As well, under Michelle_B, all the questions you had asked about appeared in your laundry list of ECs and awards, under your new name, Caroline08.

Additionally, I've cross-checked the award receipients back three years, looking for a reoccuring name; I can't find one.

Get out.

also no one from kentucky won the young epidemiology scholars competition. TROLL

That's just sick ...
In other words, you're in :)

Oh wait, maybe you're just a fake? Well if you are, you must have no life to have thought up all that stuff!

I like your so your god damn

FAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
