UF or Ivy League? that’s a pretty big range.

Come back this time next year, when you have more grades, some test scores, and some ECs. You don’t have to list every class you take, just note whether your GC will be able to tick the box that says you have taken the ‘most rigorous’ courses you were eligible for.

Chancing is a mug’s game, but nobody can even ballpark it until you have that info.

Come back next year when you have 2 full years worth of grades and standardized test scores. And please don’t use all caps (it is the equivalent of shouting and there is no need to do so)

But by and large it is impossible to chance for Ivy and equivalent schools, most of which have acceptance rates under 10%. These schools simply do not have enough room to accept all of the qualified candidates. And you have not mentioned any significant ECs.
