What are my chances: Florida schools?

I am striving to become a Veterinarian; therefore, if you have any routes or options to what I should do, I would apprecitate it. Also feel free to give me options on going to Community Colleges like from Santa Fe to UF.
I recently took the October SAT and I scored:
CR - 490
Math - 610
Writing - 460

I know my reading and writing scores are pretty low, but I would like to know my chances and what I should do to attend UCF, UF, FSU, FAU, FIU, FGCU, UNF, St. Thomas U.

It would be great if you took your SAT one last time to try and get every score above 500 but as your stats now:

UCF- reach
UF- high reach
FSU- you can’t apply unless every SAT subscore is over 500
FAU- high match
FIU- high match
FGCU- match(I live near this school and a lot of my friends went there and really like it)
UNF-reach
St. Thomas U-no idea I’ve never heard of it

Thank you! Also, should I apply now? Im planning on retaking the December SAT and score above the 500s. Would they then look at my new SAT scores or the ones I applied with? Also if you could match me with schools that are affordable with my familys income. They might be only able to pay between $1000-$2500 :/. I can get Financial Aid and Bright futures. If there are any other scholarships if you could please let me know of?

I’d say apply to FAU, FIU, FGCU, and UF(the deadline is November 1st and they will accept your SAT scores through December) and wait for the rest. But that’s just my opinion and you should definitely talk to a good counselor if you know one. Also maybe try the ACT. For financial aid do you know your family EFC? Last year my parents adjusted gross income was $86,000 and some schools were asking for around $35,000 per year. After seeing that number I decided that I’ll be staying in state with bright futures and low in-state cost

As senior9519 said, FSU requires all sections have at least a 500 score according to [FSU Admissions | Freshman | Admissions | Admission Requirements](<a href=“FSU Admissions | Error 404 page not found”>FSU Admissions | Error 404 page not found) so it would be an automatic denial. Idk about the other schools though, but some may also do this so if I were you I’d look into it. I also think UNF would be a reach and UF would be a huge reach too, sorry. I think you should be able to get into FAU and FGCU. May I suggest Stetson? They are SAT optional and are ranked #3 in the south.
