I will purposely omit/change names and topics to ensure the privacy of my activities and self. The stats I put below should give you a gist of what I am trying to say.

UC GPA’s: Unweighted, Capped Weighted and Fully Weighted?
https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Unweighted GPA: 3.77
Weighted GPA: 4.14
Weighted and Capped GPA: 3.95
With a UC capped weighted GPA below 4.0, it will be tough for the majority of UC’s. You have a solid SAT score, but UC’s tend to be GPA focused. You have good EC’s that are major related and if your personal insight essays are outstanding, it could tip the scales in your favor.
I would put UC Merced as a Safety.
UCR/UCSC are likely (Match)
UCI/UCSB/UCD and UCSD as Slight to Moderate Reach
UCLA/UCB as Reach schools.
I suggest you find one more safety.
Just remember your application will be evaluated overall but academics tend to be the most important. Best of luck.

UCSC: 3.96
UCR: 3.90
UCM: 3.73
2019 Data:

UCLA: 1330-1550
UCSD: 1300-1520
UCSB: 1280-1520

Thanks for your input. I am working very hard on my UC personal insight questions, since I figured that my GPA was a problem. Anyways, I appreciate your help. The college admissions process is quite stressful, especially for competitive majors like Computer Science.
I forgot to mention these stats:
Took 2 community college courses in the summer: Python Programming (A), and Web Page Development (A)
Any other takes on my stats?
@Gumbymom reply #3 is the best available information, even though the information on how much more competitive CS is than the overall campus at each campus is unavailable (i.e. you have to assume that chance of admission for CS is lower than general chance of admission). Obviously, such things as your essays can matter a lot in determining how admissions readers will rate your application.
