What are my chances of being accepted?

Hi, I’m currently a senior in High School.
I go to a very competitive High School in Texas and my weighted GPA is a 3.9 out of 4.0
I have a 1310 SAT (650 in Reading, 660 in Math)
I am unfortunately the top 16% of my class (so I am not automatic)
I am in 8 Extracurricular Activities (NHS, NTHS, HOSA, DECA, Greencord, etc.)
I play Varsity Soccer for my school (6A School)
My first choice major is Health Allied Health
Second Choice is Biomedical Sciences
and I filled every volunteering space in my application and I feel as though I wrote a good essay for my application.
I’ve been stressing a lot because I know how hard it is to get in holistically and this is my dream school.
Thanks.

@QWERT67 you have good stats. Very well rounded. Best of luck and just know that even if you don’t get Tamu freshman year, you can find a way here as a transfer. Hang in there and please keep us posted.

@AggieMomhelp Thank You! I will.

Your stats are GREAT!! You have a solid chance of getting in. Getting the major you want isn’t always a guarantee at A&M, so be sure to have some backup choices just in case. Remember, you’re there to obtain job skills. The major you study is more important than the school you go to. For example, I would be more employable with a computer science degree at UTSA than a sociology degree at UT.

That’s very true, thank you!
