What are my chances of getting into the university of Michigan?

I really want to go to the university of Michigan for engineering but I’m concerned im not competitive enough?
I have a 3.0. Accumulative gpa 17 on the act
6 AP/ honors courses(passed them all)
Failed both AP exams(i got a 1 both times)
I got 2.5 my freshman year,2.8 sophomore year ,3.7 junior year. Im involved in many extracurriculars that deal with a litte of everything. I mentor i initiated a community garden for the homeless ( this is the first time my school has done this. I mentioned this in the application ). I have world changing inventions in a notebook (i mentioned this in the application) i’m retaking. Honors chemistry for a higher grade How does this look? What are my chances?

What other schools are you looking at?

Don’t mean to be blunt, but it’s my opinion your chances of getting into UMich are very poor. The good news is that there are plenty of other colleges that might perfectly fit your academic merit. Retake your ACT. Most engineering programs don’t consider students with below a composite 25 on their ACT.
