The UC’s are extremely expensive for OOS students. Suggest you look elsewhere unless your family is wealthy.

UC’s offer little to no financial aid to OOS students so expect to pay $65K/year to attend. That said, your SAT score is competitive but GPA is below the 25th percentile. Helping your family is great and can be addressed in one your essays, but if you are needed to help with expenses now, what happens when you leave for college. How do you plan to afford these schools?

The UC’s are need-blind so the UC’s do not care about your ability to pay so if they are unaffordable, not worth applying and wasting the $70/campus application fee.

What is your home state? Find some affordable options in-state first.

with a sub 4 GPA, all the UCs you list are a reach. UCR and UCM and perhaps UCSC are your best shot at a UC.

As others note, UCs are really expensive for OOS students. If you want to study in CA - I’d strongly suggest you look at privates like LMU, USD and Chapman, all of whom are known for giving aid for stats like yours.
