<p>I'm currently a sophomore at Binghamton University in Upstate NY. I applied to Tulane in High School and got accepted/received a 22,000$/year merit scholarship. I'm from New York, and even with the scholarship I couldn't really afford to go to Tulane for 4 years, so I went to Binghamton (which is the top state school in NY) to save money for 2 years before applying to transfer. I'm planning to transfer for the Fall of 2013, and was wondering if anyone knows what is generally needed (in terms of gpa, etc) to get accepted, because on the website they don't really give detailed info about that. I'm in Binghamton's business school which is very selective, and have already completed most of the gen eds and prerequisites for Tulane's Business program. Also I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the type of money they give to transfer students because I'm pretty sure I heard it isn't nearly as significant as for High School applicants.
