My unweighted gpa is a 3.6, my act score is a 31, by the end of high school I will have taken 7 AP classes and 3 classes as a part time has student at universities (program offered at my school, through Mankato and Saint Cloud state). My freshman year had several Bs but the majority of my grades were As. I took two honor classes in my freshman year. My sophomore year I struggled with all honors and AP classes so I ended up with 4 D’s, no Cs, a few bs and the rest were As (so a good chunk in 10th grade were still As) my grades in 10th grade did improve throughout the year however and by the end of the year I had all As. In my junior year I received all As and only one B+. I took all AP/honor/college classes that year (4 college classes, 1 honor class) except for band (which was still a high level band class) which I think really showed improvement. I learned how to manage my time and etc through my struggles in 10th grade. If I continue to do well in my senior year (receiving good grades), will my mistakes in sophomore year mess up my chances? Note: my school grades by quarters not semesters
