Based on your below average GPA and SAT scores, this is how I would chance you.
Cal State LA: Match
Cal State Northridge: High Match (last year CSUN only took look applicants. Not sure for this year)
CSU Fullerton/UC Merced: Low Reach
UCR: Reach
You need to get your SAT score up to around 1700+ for a good chance at most of your schools.
I would add a few more CSU’s onto your list: San Marcos/Sac State/Monterey Bay/Stanislaus/San Bernadino/San Francisco as possibilities.
If your CSU GPA is 3.15, you can calculate your Eligibility index.
(CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR) or (CSU GPA x 200) + (ACT comp x10)
I get an EI of 3520 for SAT and 860 for ACT.
For CSULB, you want around a 3900/950 EI to be competitive
For CSUF, you want around a 3800/900 EI to be competitive
For CSUN, you want around a 3700/850 to be competitive
Much will depend upon your major and the competitiveness of this years applicant pool. The Cal states rank each applicant based on their EI and major. They accept from the top down until the spots are filled.
Your stats look on target for SJSU. SJSU is the only Cal state that publishes their EI thresholds each year for each major:
