Transferring from UMass Boston to UMass Amherst, currently in my second semester of freshman year.

G.E.D. recipient. scores in the 99th percentile for 3 of the 5 tests, the other two tests were in the 92nd and 93rd percentiles.

3.2 GPA for first semester; Dean's List

SAT: 1970 out of 2400

I have no extracurriculars at UMass Boston, but then again, nobody does.

I'm also in college a year earlier than I should be, as I should be beginning my first semester in the fall but I got my GED instead and started early. (I wrote about this in the essay, where they ask you to describe any academic/personal experiences that are unique to you)

What do you guys think?

Also, is the "interchange transfer" program really anything more than a bit of priority for UMass students?
