<p>I’m applying to Brown Early Decision - and to the PLME program as well.</p>
<p>My Stats:
asian - indian female
GPA - 4.0, 4.4 or 5 weighted
rank - 5 out of 130
SAT - m-740, v-630, w-710
ACT - 29</p>
<p>Activities:
classical indian dance
varsity tennis - 1st singles + captain since 10th grade
student council, class president, science olympiad, nhs president, future leaders network member, (basically all the same things that every other applicant has…)
American Red Cross volunteer
work at a pediatrician’s office
CNA - dont work as one though
lots of clinical internships at local doctors offices and the hospital</p>
<p>my test scores are pretty horrendous, i’m such a terrible test taker - but my grades hopefully make up for that…my recs should be pretty good …two summers ago i was at Brown for 7 weeks - I’m having one of my profs write me a rec as well (will that help?)</p>
<p>hmm... honestly I think the recs and essays NEED to be amazing, and ull have a fair shot at Brown, but PLME they need to be OUT OF THIS WORLD 3.4% acceptance rate is not very large.</p>
<p>Well, have you thought that you making comments like "Oh, thank the Lord" affend the people who do think he's a fabricated myth? You have daily reminders of his/her/it's existence and an idea from a single person you do not know offends you....what a strong divine support structure you have, little missy/manny</p>
