What are my Chances?

Hey, I'm a junior in India. And I just wanted you guys to give me an honest opinion about what my chances are (now) and what I should work on to improve my chances.
The universities I plan on applying to are- Georgetown, Tufts, American U, BU

SAT- 1790(CR- 610; Math- 590; Writing-590)- I know it’s bad. I’m going to do it again.
SAT II- I’m going to do World Hist and US Hist.
3.5 GPA for IGCSE (With Honors)
I’m doing the IB- History HL, Economics HL, Physics HL, Math SL, Hindi SL, and English SL, AP US Hist, AP World Hist, AP Comparative Government and Politics. (All APs are self-taught)

ECs-

Wrote, Directed and Starred in 2 plays.

Football(Soccer)- 4 years.
Cricket- 2 years (It’s a big deal in India)
Basketball- 1 year

150+ hours of CAS.

sat and gpa are too low.

If you’re taking Sat II’s, I recommend not doing BOTH world and US history. Do one history test and one from another subject, like math or science.

Yeah, I’m probably going to do Math 1 and Literature with those two. Yeah the GPA is from freshman-sophomore year, I doubt it will matter much. What kind of an IB score are these universities looking for?

You are so very wrong when you say your gpa from freshmen and sophomore year don’t matter.
Georgetown is a bigggg reach, kid.

What about the rest?
